BIO

Born in 1968, Michelle Muldrow was raised on Air Force bases throughout America. While in high school, Muldrow attended the Corcoran School of Art in Washington D.C. and went on to attend the University of Minnesota where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting. After a ten year sojourn as a musician, Muldrow returned to painting in 2000 and began exhibiting regionally and nationally. She enjoyed a residency at the Cooper Union Summer Residency Program in New York City in 2004. In 2006, after living in San Francisco for 15 years, Muldrow relocated to Cleveland, Ohio, where she now calls home. Muldrow’s work has been in solo and group exhibitions in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Park City, Utah and Cleveland, Ohio. Most recently Michelle Muldrow was named a fellow for the Creative Workforce Grant.
